3 Minutes of the last AGM
The minutes of the 2002 BCVS AGM were unanimously approved.
Matters Arising:
None
4 2002/2003 BCVS Annual Report and ‘Year at a Glance’
These were unanimously accepted as circulated and presented. These reports were
presented in a way which encouraged feedback on the BCVS from AGM attendees
5 BCVS Independently examined Accounts
The BCVS Accounts were unanimously accepted as set out. It was pointed out that
the actual round cost of the ‘core’ work of the BCVS is around £120,000, the rest
being monies held by the BCVS on behalf of other Projects, particularly this year the
new Care & Repair Scheme as it develops.
6 BCVS Independent Examiners
It was agreed to continue to use Community Accounting Plus.
7 Election of BCVS Trustees
These were unanimously agreed as set out, as no other nominations had been
proposed by the set date.
