The above course will be held on Wednesday 17 March 2010 at the BCVS Dukeries Centre, in Worksop, from 10.00am-12.30pm.

The cost of this event is £7.50 to cover room hire and refreshments.

NB: Andrew will also be holding consultation sessions at 1pm, 2pm & 3pm - please indicate at time of booking which hour you should like to attend.

There is free car parking and the Centre is fully accessible.

The Trainer will be Andrew Monroe the Employment Advisor at CA Plus.

He describes the course outline as:

• ‘Do you understand the requirements of the Employment Equality Regulations?'
• Are your discipline and grievance procedures up to date?
• It is now unlawful to discriminate on the basis of Sexual Orientation and Religion or Belief.
• Do you fully understand these requirements?

The Statutory Dispute Resolution Procedures were introduced in October 2004.

This employment legislation contains mandatory procedures that both employer and employee must follow during discipline and grievance proceedings.

Andrew will explain these changes (and others) and what steps you need to follow to be fully compliant.
