WRITING AN EFFECTIVE BUSINESS PLAN

The above course will be held on Tuesday 18 May 2010 at the BCVS Dukeries Centre, in Worksop, from 10.00am -3.00pm.
There is free car parking and the Centre is fully accessible.
The course cost is will be £35.00 which includes a simple buffet lunch.

This day course will be suitable for those who are new to the process of business planning and is designed to take the mystery out of it.

The Trainer is Dr. Rachel Farmer.

The course will cover designing a business plan that sets out concisely what your organisation is committed to in the next two to three years outlining how it is to be done.

It will include:

Engaging people in the process
What the plan should contain and omit
The place and the elements of the budget
Reviving, updating and evaluating performance against the plan.
