For people who have been treated in the Bassetlaw Coronary Care Unit.
Other information
Stays in regular contact with the cardiac rehabilitation unit at the Bassetlaw Hospital. Meetings: 1st Friday, 2.30pm-4.30pm, alternating between Retford Primary Care Centre (North Road, Retford, DN22 7XF) and The Crossing Church and Centre (Newcastle Street, Worksop, S80 2AT); please contact for details. There is a one-off charge of £5.00 for membership.
