Please be aware that although there are additional pre-bookable early and late appointments available on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, our telephone hours are 08:00-18:30 Monday to Friday.
Early and late appointments on these days operate on a rota basis so the GP will vary each week. These are pre-bookable and provided for those who find it difficult to attend during the day.
The practice currently does NOT offer any weekend appointments
If you are unable to attend an appointment please let us know as soon as possible so the appointment can be offered to another patient. You can cancel your appointment in person, by telephone, or online (using SystmOnline)
Access is improving for Retford and Villages
The Retford and local village GP practices have joined together to provide evening and weekend extended access. Three sites will host the extended access across the week.ANY PATIENT can book any of the appointments but must book through their own GP Practice. Kingfisher Patients can book by contacting the surgery during our normal working hours as stated above, please note that the telephone lines open at 08.00 and close at 18.30

Out Of Hours Cover
If you require urgent medical attention whilst the surgery is closed, please dial 111. The NHS 111 service replaces all previous out-of-hours arrangements and should be contacted if you need to see a Doctor outside of normal surgery hours. Calls to NHS 111 are free from landlines and mobiles. NHS 111 does NOT replace 999, which should still be used for all medical emergencies
If you have a life-threatening emergency please dial 999
NHS walk-in centres can offer nurse advice, assessment and treatment for minor ailments and injuries. Some are open seven days a week, early until late, and you do not need an appointment.
