NAVCA Cost of Living VCSE impact survey
If you work in the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector, then NAVCA want to hear from you about the impact that the cost of living crisis is having on your workforce and organisation.
This is a time of rapid change for the whole sector. Completing this independent survey by experts at Pro Bono Economics and Nottingham Trent University's National VCSE Data and Insights Observatory will help us analyse and communicate this change.
By taking part, you will help inform government, media, and many others of the pressures that charities, community groups and voluntary organisations are facing, across areas such as income, people, demand and impact.
NAVCA have been collaborating with our partners across the sector to ensure that the information gathered provides essential information that will inform our policy and lobbying. In this survey, the thematic focus is on the sector's workforce - retention, recruitment and skills etc.
The survey should take between 15-20 minutes to complete, and contains questions regarding finances, service demand, and volunteering, as well as some focusing on the workforce theme.
