The aim of this event is to showcase the achievements so far of each of our four place-based partnerships, explore ambitions and demonstrate how they are central to the success of our integrated care system and to improving the health and wellbeing of the people of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
T๏ปฟhis is a large interactive event with opportunities to connect, learn and collaborate. There will be a mix of short presentations, structured conversations and informal opportunities to network and meet colleagues.
T๏ปฟhe event is for 300 people from across our diverse partnership of statutory and voluntary sector health and care organisations.
No one is too junior or too senior to be part of the conversations about the future of our partnerships with local people.
