Breakfast Briefing - How 5G will change your business

You might well have heard of 5G, if not experienced it, but the question for many people who haven’t got 5G at the moment is - “So What?”
5G is the latest generation of mobile networks, and it is a huge step up from what we have available to us today. The jump from 3G to 4G networks was pretty huge – 4G to 5G is many times greater and is almost difficult to comprehend – that’s why we’ve asked Nick Mellors from Innovation Nottingham to showcase some of the ways that 5G and AR are transforming every sector including: engineering, healthcare, construction, retail and hospitality.
We also have Dave Walker from Nottingham Trent University talking about the business support offered to micro, small and medium businesses by the university.
There will be pastries and drinks on arrival with ‘doors opening’ at 8.00am, presentations from 8.30am – 9.30am, then opportunities for questions and networking, and if you have some time to spare, you will also be welcome to explore the Crags after the event.
