Coalfields Regeneration Trust use our resources to help address the issues and challenges faced by coalfield communities and their residents. Each year we provide grants to voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations to help them deliver projects in the top 30% most deprived coalfield areas.
Following the impact of the pandemic on income and employment and the continuing increase in cost of living, people are finding it harder to make ends meet and low income households are having to choose between food and fuel. As well as the immediate need for support with food and fuel, there has also been an impact on mental health as a result and more people are isolated.
Our grants up to £2,000 are available to help organisations provide the support needed by low income families and those who are isolated.
Go to https://www.coalfields-regen.org.uk/england/grants/ for more information about eligibility and details of how to apply.
If you need any additional support, including support to apply for additional funding, you may be interested in our Practical Support membership. You can find more information here: https://www.coalfields-regen.org.uk/england/practical-support/
