Introduction to Volunteer Management
Tuesday 6th September 1pm to 4pm
As a new charity or social enterprise, it can be extremely useful to introduce a volunteering program within your organisation so that volunteers can add value to what you are trying to achieve and also to give them some valuable experiences: think win, win.
But what is involved in setting up a volunteering program from scratch? What are the key principles you need to consider and what should you avoid doing?
This introduction to volunteer management course will particularly suit founders, leaders and managers of charities and social enterprises who are brand new to the idea of volunteer coordination.
So you are thinking of setting up a volunteering program?
