Now more than ever the wellbeing of our workforce is at the forefront of businesses strategic plans. It is estimated that in the UK 828,000 workers suffer from work related stress, depression or anxiety and that each year 17.9 million working days are lost due to those aforementioned work-related conditions. It is widely recognised that employers have a role to play in educating their workforce about why it’s important they look after their wellbeing, and how they should go about doing so, however opportunities to truly improve employee wellbeing can often be costly or unoriginal.
Here at White Rose Beauty Colleges Doncaster, we have funding available to offer remote wellbeing courses to our local employers and their workforce, on completion of the course you will receive a ITEC Level 2 Complementary Therapies certificate.
The short course includes the basics
- Introduction to basic massage, zone therapy and pre blended essential oils.
- Introduction to Healthy Eating, self-care and well being
- Introduction to basic nutrition
Our courses are completely free of charge and able to be accessed totally remotely, ensuring we are Covid safe, but also flexible around the needs of your team. The course would normally cost around £1,500. We would be more than happy to facilitate your employees by providing bespoke sessions or would welcome individuals to apply individually. Not only is the course an excellent opportunity for your staff members but also for you as an organisation to show your genuine investment into the health and wellbeing of your teams.
