The Joy Marketplace is now available in Derbyshire to support social prescribing and promote community and voluntary sector services.
Social prescribers connect patients to activities, groups, and support that make a difference, from walking groups to debt advice.
The Joy Social Prescribing Platform includes the functionality of a marketplace (Community Directory) application, which everyone can use whether you are a member of the public, a health professional, or an activity provider.
