Do you work with Bolsover residents who are being affected by Cost of Living increases?
This half day online training via TEAMs will give you the basic skills and knowledge to:
- Understand what Financial Inclusion/Exclusion means and the signs to look out for?
- Be able to confidently start a conversation about benefits, money and debt
- Understand and be able to describe the impact that independent, impartial, high quality advice can have
- Know how to signpost and refer Bolsover residents to advice and support with money, debt, benefit and other advice matters to make every contact count
The training will be delivered by a team from The Release Charity, Derbyshire Unemployed Workers Centre and Derbyshire County Council Public Health with interactive Q & A throughout.
Please choose from one of three possible session times
- Wed 23/11/22 9.30am - 12.30pm or
- Tues 29/11/22 12.30pm – 3.30pm or
- Wed 7/12/22 5.30pm – 8.30pm
