Functional Skills Maths Level 1 & 2
Taught via live Microsoft Teams sessions, covering essential elements up to Level 1/2 standard. 13 sessions and 2 exams to complete.
Must have a laptop, computer or tablet with a camera and microphone.

IAG Level 2 – Self-Directed Learning
Online course, composed of 5 units, on an independent learning platform with an assessor to facilitate learning as well as an induction session and hour workshops to give learners the best chance to succeed.

Customer Service Course Level 1

7 days of training to upskill learners in the principles of customer service. During this training learners will work towards gaining a Level 1 in Customer Service whilst learning about effective communication, handling calls & complaints, legislation, and more.

DWP Work Coach Employability SWAP
Futures, Mansfield 52-54 Westgate, Mansfield, NG18 1RR.
10 days of training to- gain a certificate in Employability at Level 1. The training includes guided support for applying to Civil Service roles, talks from work coaches about the role and a mock Civil Service interview. Support from JCP staff and Futures to give the best chance at securing the role in the future.

Adult Course Eligibility Criteria:
· Aged 19 years old or over (must have turned 19 by 31st August 2022)
· Have lived in the UK or a European Economic Area (EEA) Member state for the last three years or have relevant right to live, work and learn that bypasses this*
· Are actively seeking employment and claiming an unemployment benefit of either: Universal Credit, Job Seekers Allowance or Employment Support Allowance (WRAG) **
· OR must be earning under £18,525 annual gross salary and be able to commit to the course. Please be aware that for Maths and English you can earn any amount if you can commit to the course.
