Government-funded courses in Adult Care available in Worksop.

North Notts College is pleased to offer a range of higher-level courses and apprenticeships from the newly developed Bridge Skills Hub in Worksop from April 2022.

The state-of-the-art facility will be host to North Notts College’s degree apprenticeships and higher-level skills training to local employers looking to develop their business and staff.

Apprenticeships being offered from The Bridge Skills Hub in April are:

  • Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care
  • Level 5 Leader in Adult Care 

Employers in the care industry can now upskill their staff with Care Quality Commission (CQC) approved courses. Apprentices will:  

  • Develop top-tier skills in health and wellbeing
  • Advance their skills in management, safeguarding, communication, leadership and professional development
  • Achieve a Level 4 Diploma as a ‘Lead Practitioner in Adult Care’ or a Level 5 Diploma as a ‘Leader in Adult Care’

These higher-level apprenticeships are tailored to fit the demands of local businesses and are 95% government-funded (costing only £350).

More courses and apprenticeships will be offered from September 2022.
