Groundwork Greater Nottingham deliver the Building better opportunities project, which is the Towards work program. The project runs across Nottinghamshire City/ County area, Our project is funded by the European Social Fund/National Lottery Community fund and focuses on engaging and supporting people into work by developing individually tailored plans. We look at the root causes of barriers to work, support these and build on peoples’ strengths to help to overcome challenges working towards gaining employment. People coming onto the programme must have the right to live in the U.K, be unemployed or economically inactive and aged between 16-65. There is also funding available for those that need it for interview clothes & electronic equipment etc.
