Light Night 2023: Re-Move

Come and see our spectacular, immersive light and sound installation: Re-Move. Inspire Youth Arts working with visual artist Rebecca Smith and composer / sound designer CJ Mirra continue their collaboration and have co-created this year's installation with young people across Nottinghamshire, building on scientific research and exploring human displacement and consequences of climate change.

Drum lessons with Drew Moore are now available! For the last 10 years, Drew has played shows around the world and recorded with multiple Grammy award winning producers. Whether you're an absolute beginner wanting to get started or a veteran of the instrument looking for some new inspiration, Drew will be able to guide you and help you achieve your musical goals.

Hip Hop Dance Theatre Performance

See a ground-breaking new hip hop dance theatre piece created in collaboration with award-winning dance artists and featuring young dancers from across the region. The piece is in response to the theme of conflict and is based on historic collections preserved at Nottinghamshire Archives.

This exciting collaboration between Inspire Youth Arts and Inspire Archives is part of the IWM 14-18 NOW Legacy Fund, a national programme of 22 artist commissions inspired by the heritage of conflict and created in partnership with Imperial Warm Museums (IWM) and 14-18 NOW, the official UK arts programme for the First World War centenary.

Alex Hamilton has been part of the British blues/rock scene for over ten years. His debut album at the age of 18 won the Scottish New Music Award in 2011 and his subsequent albums have all been nominated for awards including the British Blues Awards, several years running.
Alex has been fortunate enough to share stages with some of the best musicians in his genre including Carl Verheyen, Aynsley Lister, Henrik Freishlader and King King.
