Many Derbyshire residents who look after a family member, friend or neighbour are not accessing the support available to them. Mobilise are working in partnership with Derbyshire County Council to improve this.
Our focus is on identification and online support of unpaid carers in Derbyshire, we use social media and digital marketing to find and identify ‘unpaid carers’. Carers can also be signposted to the Mobilise service by local professionals, community groups and volunteers.
