Following the success of our first network, we would like to invite you to join Lloyds Bank Foundation’s ‘People and Communities’ second learning network in December 2024. The learning network is designed to bring together cross-sector stakeholders from the six ‘People and Communities’ places where we work. This network will offer spaces for you to:
- Reflect and Learn: Engage with peers to explore new and inspiring ways of designing and resourcing services that support people facing complex challenges.
- Build Social Capital: Connect with peers from across the six places to build relationships that can strengthen your work and your community.
- Share and Grow: Participate in a safe space to discuss successes and challenges, gaining insights and transferable learning from others.
- Access Resources: Discover systems leadership and capability development training opportunities that can drive change in your place.
- Join a National Network: Be part of a wider movement committed to innovating how services are designed and delivered.
This network is open to voluntary, public, private sector and community stakeholders involved in the People and Communities work in the 6 places.
This session will include:
- an interactive workshop with Systems Practitioner Pauline Roberts on creating the conditions for change in your organisation: https://systemspractitioner.com/creating-the-conditions-for-change/.
- reflections and Q&A on the successes and learning from the last 5 years of creating the conditions for change in Telford and Wrekin, with Ann Johnson, Local Implementation Lead for Telford and Wrekin and Helen Highley from Bright Purpose.
