I have watched the presentation and there is a useful Q&A session that follows the presentation. The entire video is just under an hour long. If you are interested in applying on behalf of your organisation then please watch the video as some useful guidance is provided.
There would seem to have been a significant amount of interest in the fund already and I would suggest applying ASAP rather than waiting to submit closer to the deadline.
There is a 12 week processing period (which could easily increase) so even if you submitted your application this week you be unlikely to receive a decision before the first week in October. There is the possibility of funding some retrospective costs backdated to 24th July but most of the available funding will be based on costs incurred delivering services from October (or when a decision is made) and all funds have to be fully committed and the project delivered by 31st March 2024.
