NEW COL Funding via TNLCF

A new Cost of Living Community Organisations Fund was launched yesterday. It is a national fund that is for organisations that support people and communities under severe pressure because of increased cost of living.

Applicants MUST be delivering at least one of these services:

  • food and emergency supplies – like food and baby banks or the provision of hot meals, clothes or toiletries
  • emergency shelter – like night shelters or other accommodation for people experiencing homelessness
  • safe spaces – like domestic abuse services and youth services
  • warmth – like warm rooms and spaces

        financial and housing advice – like giving people advice because of the increased cost of living.

Applicants MUST be experiencing increased demand AND increased costs for these critical services.

Deadline: 16th October with evidence of spend and evaluation by March 2024.

Q. How much can organisations apply for? A. Between £10,000 and £75,000.

Organisations that already have funding from The National Lottery Community Fund can apply to the Community Organisations Cost of Living Fund.
