Virtual online Mental Health Awareness courses

Places are currently available on the above half-day course morning and afternoon sessions in January. For course dates, a description of the training and to book please visit our ‘Mental health awareness training webpage’. This half-day course gives participants a general awareness and understanding of mental health, including addressing stigma, and an overview of resources and services.

Virtual online Suicide Awareness and Managing Mental Health Conversations courses

Places are also available on the above half-day course on a number of training dates across January on both morning and afternoon sessions. This half-day course builds participants general awareness and understanding of the topic of suicide, plus equips participants with skills and confidence to have supportive conversations with individuals who exhibit emotional distress.
