NottAlone

A new service being developed to support people in Nottinghamshire with their mental health.

NottAlone is the name of a website which has been developed to support people with their mental health. Originally, the website was set up for children and young people for their mental health needs, but it is now being extended to support people of all ages.

Can you spare an hour a month to meet online and talk to us about how you would like to see services around mental health being shaped in our area? We especially want to hear from people who have lived with their own mental health issues. They have first hand experience of how it feels and understand what difference the right support could make.

Nottingham and Nottinghamshire NHS would love to hear from you, click on the attached poster for information and contact details or contact carrie.lambert-smith@nhs  we hope to hear from you soon.
