Please find attached an invitation to attend a community of practice event from Active Partners Trust and ourselves at NCA. The purpose is to discuss the potential for partnership working in helping carers become more active and support their wellbeing.

Radford Care Group – Dementia Information Programme in Mansfield
We are delighted to be able to offer another Dementia Information Programme in October / November 2022 in Mansfield. Booking is required.
Carers can refer themselves to the programme directly on info@radfordcaregroup.org.uk or by calling 0115 9786133.
We are able to provide respite care subject to suitability/assessment – the carer will need to discuss this when booking.
The programme is for 7 weeks and we aim to cover as many aspects about caring for someone with dementia as possible in order to help carers understand more about the condition. The programme is available to unpaid/family carers.
Adult Sibling Respite Project
This is the link for a new project to support Adult Siblings of a young person under 18 who has a diagnosis of autism. This may also be useful for Young Carers who are approaching 18.
