- Core Quality Conversations Skills give you a grounding in communication skills, recognising barriers to listening and opportunities to practise pull approaches. Come and develop new skills or revisit, refresh and review skills you already have.
- Quality Conversations for Leaders give you a chance to think about compassionate leadership, using pull in conversations with your staff and use strengths-based coaching models.
- Quality Conversations to Support Self-management will help you introduce self-management to the people you work with, show you ways to overcome reluctance to self-manage and an opportunity to practise a range of techniques.
- Supporting Quality Conversations around Mental Health is specifically designed for non-mental health professionals, to help you develop more confidence in everyday interactions around people’s wellbeing.
