News from Rhubarb Farm:
We are proud to provide Rhubarb Farm’s Impact Report for 2021.
The Farm is delighted to announce that it has been awarded funding for two pieces of work in Nottinghamshire – the Green Social Prescribing programme which is aimed at supporting people with mental ill health referred to take part in outdoor activities, and the Nottinghamshire Community Food Fund, supporting community food work in Bassetlaw and Mansfield districts. We will be starting all this work in January 2021 and reaching even more people with our services.
