Young people in Bolsover can access unique volunteer opportunities this Student Volunteering Week (SVW) through the Green Generation project.
Green Generation is an initiative that aims to engage 18-25 year olds in volunteering to support developing a sustainable, healthy and inclusive voluntary sector in Bolsover.
SVW is an annual event, led by Student Volunteering Network, which celebrates student volunteering and the benefits that it leads to.
The Green Generation team have lined up some amazing opportunities that young people can take part in, including volunteer days at Hardwick Hall, Great British Spring Clean Litterpick days and much more.
Volunteer Coordinator (Green Generation), Clare Kinsella will be at Sheffield Hallam University on Tuesday 11 February to chat to students about the project and volunteering.
