A new way to get mental health support in Derbyshire and nationally. Wherever you are you can dial 111 and press option 2 to be transferred to the local mental health support offer. Be triaged by clinicians and directed to the most appropriate support for crisis help to having a chat if you’ve got poor mental health.
Free to call for 24/7 support. Dial 111. Press option 2. Using our traffic light system is a great way to maintain and level up support for mental health and suicide prevention across Derbyshire.
Suicide Postvention support provided by The Tomorrow Project across Derbyshire.
Anyone is able to self-refer or refer someone in. They support people affected or bereaved by suicide this. You don’t need to have known the person you may of witnessed an incident or may have been bereaved by suicide by a loved one, friend or colleague.
