BCVS has been facilitating the We Are Undefeatable pilot in Shirebrook in 2021 which is now in the closing phases of the work and planning its legacy. A partnership approach with services and groups in Bolsover has enabled this approach.  The attached flyer below explains what we have been working on

Back in the autumn members of the WAU Steering Group presented at the National Sport England learning event where the 10 pilots fed back their learning.  Bolsover although not completed due to the challenges of facilitation and COVID fedback progress and learning so far. Copies of the presentation are available. A small survey for physical activity was undertaken locally and with the aid of local groups, community link workers and the employer Sports Direct and is also available from BCVS. Please see the video regarding the capacity building undertaken by the CIC Healthy Chats which has been commissioned to work in Shirebrook and Bolsover wide. Healthy Chats also worked with Mansfield CVS with their WAU pilot.

An interim learning report along with the physical activity survey results are available by contacting alison.hardman@bcvs.org.uk and a final learning report will be available in March 2022. As part of the legacy work a section on BCVS website will be available with information about WAU and resource links. Please get in touch is you would like more information around the WAU pilot and the learning form this.  Further information and resources are available from the National WAU campaign web page via the link: - https://weareundefeatable.co.uk/
