Opportunity Description: We are looking for multiple volunteers to help get our Community Allotment off the Ground. So far all we have is two plots of grass, but we will slowly be turning this into a thriving productive site where we can grow food and host events for the community. If you like the idea of supporting such a project, then please keep reading to see what suites you!


Social Cooking Volunteers: Lead or assist in cooking activities, share knowledge about healthy eating, and help run the social cooking events.

Social Media Marketing Volunteers: Promote the project through social media, manage event announcements, and handle online engagement and surveys.

DIY/Handyman Volunteers: Assist in leading workshops for woodworking, repairs, and constructing community items like bird boxes or garden furniture.

On top of these more 'official' volunteer roles you can also simply join in in getting the allotment up to scratch and setting it up.
