BCVS continues to advocate for our sector at a large number of meetings to raise key rising risks including the recent proposals made by Derbyshire County Council.
We will keep promoting the links to the consultation until the deadline and encourage as many local groups as possible to ‘HAVE YOUR SAY’. Please do ensure your voice is recorded by completing the below before the deadline.
We will have an extended slot at the next Bolsover Voices meeting to discuss the risks to Bolsover and the VCSE sector and next steps – date to be confirmed soon:
The consultation began on Tuesday 28 May 2024 and will remain open until 20 August 2024. Whilst the consultation takes place and until any decisions are made, any currently funded organisations will continue to receive your agreed grant. When the consultation begins you will be able to find full details of our proposal and give your views by filling in our online questionnaire through the ‘Have Your Say’ section of the Derbyshire County Council website at Consultations - Derbyshire County Council. An easy read version of the questionnaire will also be available.
