Healthy Eating and Nutrition in the Workplace & Physical Activity in the Workplace Workshops

 Are you passionate about workplace wellbeing?  Do you think you can promote positive change with your work colleagues?  Do you want to promote healthy eating or physical activity in your workplace?

The Healthy Workplaces Derbyshire team, Public Health, have places available for three live interactive, virtual workshops for Derbyshire workplaces (excluding Derby City) hosted by Future Fit: an award-winning national training provider in the health and fitness industry.

You are not expected to be an expert but enthusiastic about encouraging healthy eating or physical activity in the workplace and a willingness to share this with your colleagues.   

The cost is £160 per person.  Workshop places are available for employees who are employed in Derbyshire and work in Derbyshire (excluding Derby City).  Places are on a first come first serve basis and terms and conditions are available on the booking site.  Up to 5 places can be booked per workplace.  If you require further information, please email healthy.workplaces@derbyshire.gov.uk
