We are pleased to invite you to a system workshop where you can help to develop a plan to embed the key principles of the Integrated Care Strategy.
The workshop will provide an opportunity for you to help us to define and understand the key principles of the strategy, what they mean to you in your area of work, and how we’ll know if we have been successful.
The workshop will also provide an opportunity to network and make links with others who are working to put the needs of our citizens at the heart of our Integrated Care System.
