If a learner holds a qualification in any subject higher than level 3 and earns less than £20,600 per annum the Level 3 qualification would be funded to deliver.

If a learner who holds qualification in any subject higher than level 3 and earns more than £20,00 per annum the Level 3 would not be funded but the Level 2 qualification would be funded.
