Nottinghamshire Healthcare would like to invite patients and carers to our ‘Shaping our Future Together’ Event on Tuesday 17th December 2024. We’d be grateful if you could share the following information with the people who you are in contact with and attached is a poster which can be displayed where suitable.
Please note that this event is open to people who are using our services at Nottinghamshire Healthcare, their carers, families, and friends, currently or in the recent past. This event isn’t for the Voluntary or Community sector to attend in their organisational capacity, as we will be hosting a range of events in the new year where we will be inviting you to get more involved.
