18th October
Last year, you may have seen that we announced our intention to change our name from The Prince’s Trust to The King’s Trust. Since then, we have been working towards this change and are pleased to share with you that, on 15th October, we officially started operating as The King’s Trust. We also introduced our new logo, which you can see in the header of the attached newsletter.
While our mission to work for young people remains the same, these changes allow us to raise awareness and increase understanding of our work among young people and across our range of supporters. They also enable us to reflect the continued dedication and support of our Royal Founding President, His Majesty The King.
We have started a period of transition to our new branding and, as a valued partner organisation who refers young people to us for support, we understand that this may require a few updates to your signposting.
Our website and social channels have now switched over to our new name and any active links should redirect to us. We will begin to update our marketing materials, such as posters, in the coming weeks and months and will share these with you in due course.
If you have other means of signposting to us, it would be brilliant if you could gradually update these. Let us know if we can help with this at all.
Please do inform young people you help that, whilst we’ve changed our name, our support remains the same.
How to contact us:
Our live chat and phone number remain the same.
If you email your local team regularly, our emails will change to [firstname.surname]@kingstrust.org.uk, but our Prince’s Trust email addresses will continue to work for a three month period as we transition.
Thank you again for your continued partnership. We look forward to working with you as The King’s Trust.
