Explore Programme with The King’s Trust in Nottingham
This 5-week programme is designed to support all young people;
- Have a positive impact on their Mental Health
- Improve physical, emotional, and mental well-being
- Help them meet new friends and build resilience
- Gain valuable skills and grow in confidence
- Support with communication & team building skills
- Goal Setting
Whether they are an outdoor person or not, all of our previous young people on programme really enjoyed this free skill-enhancing programme. They Built confidence, made new friends learnt team building skills, got into a routine and out the house, but most of all they had fun and enjoyed themselves in a safe environment.
Key Dates:
Taster day: Thursday 13th March 2025
Programme dates: Tuesday 18th March – Friday 18th April 2025
Programme times: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10-3pm – Friday’s - 1 hour -1-2-1 sessions with our staff regarding their development and progression
Added content – Progression/Next Steps Day (4th Friday of the course) with Ash Rook & internal & external providers, employers and supportive organisations for young people to progress and be supported following on from the end of the programme
Location: Building C, Castle Meadow Campus, Nottingham, NG2 1AB (Various other locations for Outdoor Activities TBC)
Deadline for referrals: Friday 28th February 2025
- Must be aged 16-25 years old not in employment, education, or training.
- Lunch provided
