Nottinghamshire County Council would like to hear from people in Nottinghamshire who have previously sought advice about Welfare Benefits, either from Nottinghamshire County Council, or from other services.
Why do the Council want to hear my views on the support their Welfare Benefits Team provide?
Nottinghamshire County Council has a Welfare Benefits Team which offers advice and information about the benefits people may be entitled to. The team currently do this by telephone or in-person drop-in sessions. The Council would like to hear from people who have used this service, or think this service would be useful to them, to help make improvements.
How do I share my views?
Below is a link and QR code for an online survey. The online survey can be filled in anonymously or you can leave your details if you wish to be involved further.
The survey asks questions such as whether you have used Nottinghamshire County Council’s Welfare Benefits service, your views on appropriate response times, and if you would value in-person drop-in sessions.
