NEW Sexual Health Service Communications Campaign

9th April

I’m pleased to share the details of the latest communications campaign from the Integrated Sexual Health Services in Derby and Derbyshire

The campaign is called Access to Services and aims to support young people aged 16–24  to get better access to sexual health services. The campaign is focusing on making our services more visible, approachable, and easy to use.

The campaigns key message are:

  • Free condoms are available to everyone
  • Our services are free and confidential
  • Regular sexual health checks should be a normal part of self-care

The resources are aimed at young people themselves – however also as part of the downloadable content is a sexual health promotion service brochure – detailing what support is available for professionals.

Please find the downloadable resources here:

How can you help?

You can support the campaign by:

  • Displaying posters and leaflets in your organisation
  • Sharing our digital content on your own channels
  • Spreading the word about free condoms, STI testing and other local services
  • Signposting young people to www.yoursexualhealthmatters.org.uk
