Join us for our next Partners’ Assembly at the Indian Community Centre, 99 Hucknall Road, Carrington, Nottingham NG5 1QZ.
Help us shape our local feedback to the Government’s 10 year plan for the NHS. The views of the wider system, and how the NHS interlinks and works with care organisations and the voluntary sector, will be key to our response. We’ll be running a workshop to find out what you think of the three proposed shifts: making better use of technology; moving more care from hospitals to communities; and preventing sickness, not just treating it.
We also need your input to refresh our Integrated Care Strategy and we’ll be hearing some best practice examples from working in our system.
The event will offer an opportunity for you to network and make links with other organisations and representatives who are working to put the needs of our citizens at the heart of our Integrated Care System.
