We are now within five weeks of Retford Healthy Sunday 2024 - being held between 10am and 2pm on Sunday 14th July on Retford Market Square.
If you are interested in attending, we would be delighted to see you there - please return the following documents by noon on Friday 14th June 2024 at the latest:
- A completed booking form (with at least the first two pages completed) - blank copy is attached - please be careful to state any space or other requirements
- A copy of your PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE CERTIFICATE WITH COVER FOR £5MILLION OR MORE, VALID FOR 14TH JULY 2024
