The main objective of this role is to plant and harvest fruit and vegetables over the year. We run restorative youth referral order panels for both Nottinghamshire County and Derby City Councils. Part of this is having 2 volunteers from the community to facilitate the order.

This involves an initial panel to help the young person and family identify needs and strategies for help and support in moving forwards, review panels every 12 weeks and a final panel to congratulate the young person and look at their journey.
